A coaching journey always starts with a free introductory meeting of half an hour. This can take place in my practice or via Skype / Facetime. In this conversation we get to know each other and discuss what you are struggling with.
Examples of questions I can guide you with:
* How do I get my energy back?
* How come I keep arguing with my colleagues?
* How can I best lose weight?
* How do I regain work-life balance?
After this introductory meeting, we look at what exactly your request for help is and we decide whether we will enter this process together.
The sessions then take place in my practice or via Skype / Facetime if needed.
On average, 6 sessions of 1.5 hours are required.
